Emma joined the DWSP team in June 2021, and is returning to working with paediatric clients. Emma has come from a Senior Adult clinician role, where she worked in a hospital setting with adults with dysphagia, acquired communication impairments and progressive neurological conditions. Emma has also worked with preschool aged children and held roles coordinating speech pathology student education.

In both adult and child settings, Emma focuses on understanding individual and family goals and celebrating the role of communication in all aspects of our lives. Emma takes a respectful and enabling approach to her role as a speech pathologist.

Emma is looking forward to working with families across the Coburg, Northcote, and Eltham clinics as well as in primary and secondary schools.
