Lauren is an early career Speech Pathologist. She completed her Masters of Speech Pathology at Melbourne University and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University. She enjoys working with people of all ages, with most of her experience being with pre-school and primary-school children.

 

Lauren’s decision to become a Speech Pathologist was driven by her passion for communication and teaching. It was as a gymnastics coach where she first learnt how to support others to learn new skills and achieve goals which are meaningful to them.

 

In her work, Lauren likes to use an individualised and collaborative approach. She actively engages with clients, family members, educators, and other allied health professionals to find and maximise opportunities to relate therapy to her clients’ interests and everyday lives.

 

Lauren is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. She works in schools and at our Coburg clinic.
