My name is Jess, and I am one of DWSP’s newest Practice Managers. I have come to DWSP with a background in Medical Practice Manager and Administration. I love developing systems and procedures that help support our clinicians to deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. I have studied Mental Health, Business Administration and Bookkeeping. What first stood out to me at DWSP was the warmth and passion of the clinicians and admin staff. I am so excited to be surrounded by individuals who care so deeply about what they do. As we emerge from our post COVID cocoons I am so excited to return to the normality I once took for granted. This week marked the first Children’s Book Council of Australia (CBCA) Book Week that I have been able to celebrate with my children. As an avid reader I am passionate about instilling a love of books in my children from a young age. Helping my toddler prepare his costume and excitedly march off to day-care as Julia Donaldson’s ‘Highway Rat’ has been one of my proudest parenting moments to date.
