My name is Jade, and I am so excited to have come on board the DWSP team as an occupational therapist.
From the get-go it is clear that DWSP prides itself on team culture and continued professional learning and development, and I am so happy to be part of such a passionate, experienced team.
I have recently returned from 5.5 years living in Israel, where I was fortunate to gain experience as an OT in a range of school settings, hospital settings, and fascinating non-for-profit organisations.
Whilst overseas I also trained as a hydro-therapist, working with kindergarten-aged children with cerebral palsy in the water. Hopefully I will be able to find a way to combine these two passions – OT and hydrotherapy – here in Melbourne as well!
As an OT, I love being able to provide my clients with the opportunities and the skills to live their fullest, most meaningful lives.
On the weekends, you will generally find me venturing across the city in search of the next best cup of coffee, at a farmers market, or at an AFL game (the team I support is for another discussion!). I love to travel, and can’t wait for the skies to open so that I can continue to see and experience the best that the world has to offer!
DWSP Group Program registrations are now open!
