Terms and Conditions of Service at DWSP

In attending services at DWSP you (the Client) and we (DWSP) agree to the following terms and conditions.

To abide by DWSP policies (links below) with regard to:

• Non Attendance
• Health & Safety 
• Privacy
• Client Feedback & Improvement

PAYMENT OF FEES

The Client understands and acknowledge by attendance at sessions that DWSP offers a fee-for-service program. 

Payment is required on the day of service, and the Client holds responsibility for payment of fees associated with this service, including any fees incurred in the recovery of any outstanding payments. 

MUTUAL RESPECT

The Client and DWSP engage in this therapy service with a commitment to respectful engagement and communication. We seek to build a collaborative working relationship together. We have zero tolerance for abusive behaviour and we reserve the right to withhold services in the event that employee safety is threatened.

We welcome all feedback.  If you are not satisfied with our service – please tell us!  It helps us learn and improve. If you are happy with our service, we warmly welcome recommendations within our community.
